Legal advice and Industrial Support

The Victorian Ambulance Union have experienced legal and industrial staff well-versed in all issues arising within the ambulance industry including in relation to wages, rostering, FWA applications, mental health and drug testing among others. We also advocate on behalf of both the public and private sectors before Government including in relation to issues such as resourcing, ramping, mandatory vaccinations, pill testing and AV contract losses with the aim of delivering industry-wide reforms.

Enterprise bargaining

Our Executive and Industrial Officers work closely with you and your colleagues to make sure that your enterprise agreement, a legally binding contract made between employer and employees, does the work you need it to do. Together we fight for fair and sensible outcomes for all paramedics and ambulance industry workers. To stay up-to-date with the progress of enterprise bargaining follow the Bulletins we send out.
